The property is situated in the hamlet of Tronçais, which is a focal point of the vast Forest, due to its association with the historically ancient Forge, which produced the steelwork for the renowned 'Eiffel Tour '.

In this area are ancient towns and villages, steeped in history, with wonderfully colourful markets , Chateaux , Abbeys and traditional fetes all contribute to discovery of this lovely region.

Within a few minutes, walk to a cafe/bar or good Restaurant. In the same time by car, reach all amenities in either, St.Bonnet Tronçais, Ainay-le-Chateau, or Cerilly.
